Y’all…let’s talk breakfast.
You know it’s my favorite meal of the day.
Oh, and because it’s Monday, breakfast is extra important.
If your weeks are anything like mine…you look something like a chicken with it’s head cut off, running around trying to save the world.
Oh, and I do it all in workout pants.
Spill it…we all have those busy days where meals, including breakfast, aren’t even on our radar.
BUT BREAKFAST IS SOOO IMPORTANT.
A zip-loc back of cinnamon toast crunch is not a suitable breakfast, people!
