Happy Tuesday y’all!
Yesterday was the beginning of the Tone It Up Bikini Series Challenge.
Let me tell you…I was stoked.
Let me also say that in no way should you ever give up coffee the day before you start a new fitness routine.
I’m pretty much sure that I ran 3 miles at 5:30 a.m. Monday morning…in my sleep.
Yep, that’s me.
Even though I was exhausted, I was so excited to begin my new fitness challenge.
I just knew that I would feel 100% better after my run.
Oh, and did I ever!
I mean, just look at all that glistening.
I absolutely love to sweat.
You may think I’m nuts, but fitness motivates me to get out of bed every day.
That feel good feeling that I experience after a workout is enough to fuel my entire day.
It’s absolutely glorious.
I love a good challenge, especially one that motivates me to try new things.
Like giving up refined sugars.
I’ve been refined sugar free for about 2 weeks now and I have never felt better.
Once again, I love when I am pushed outside of my comfort zone.

This totally holds me accountable and reminds me to have fun and work towards completing everything on this list.
I also created a motivation board filled with quotes and pictures to keep me on my toes…constantly working toward my goals.
My goals for this challenge are to let loose, tone up, have fun, eat a well balanced diet, and listen to my body (which includes rest and workout days).
There is a difference between a lazy day and a recovery day.
