Health Warrior Review & Giveaway!


I can’t even remember the last time I did a giveaway.

I know, what a slacker.

It’s Monday.

Monday is totally better w/ a giveaway.

In short, Health Warrior bars rock.

These bars are super duper healthy…built around the almighty chia seed, one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet!


Well…at least that’s what I call it 😉

Chia seeds are packed w/ omega-3, calcium, fiber, and protein.

Each bar is packed w/ 1000mg of omega 3, 4g of fiber, 4 grams of protein, and only 5g of sugar.

Oh, wait…all of this greatness for only 100 calories.

You know how I feel about SNACK food.

It rules my world.

Plus, healthy snack food…this is my kind of bar.

Guess what, they made me my own personal flavor too…


Chocolate Peanut Butter…they know me so well 😉

They also have 5 other flavors.

All of them are super delicious.

The Apple Cinnamon is perfect for breakfast and pretty much tastes like a warm, hearty, inviting bowl of oatmeal on a cold winter day.

The Banana Nut flavor reminds me of biting into my grandmother’s banana bread…simply delicious. I put mine in the microwave for about 10 minutes and I’m in heaven. 🙂

Coconut…this is my fave. It’s like being on a tropical island.

Coffee…a coffee lover’s dream.

Last but not least, Acai Berry…hello sweet/tart berry flavor town.
